Harvey’s Autocentre is a family run business with over 20 years experience in the motor trade.

Project Title: Installation & Configuration of IT Network. IT Support, including Email Management.

Project Scope: To carry out full installation of network and cabling to centralize all systems and ensure protection of ever increasing pool of data.

Five Rivers Solution

With the demand for increased security and the requirement for increased remote access, Five Rivers provided a very bespoke solution for Harvey’s, ensuring that a full installation was carried out including purchasing all necessary hardware and software, installing and configuring an SBS (small business server) and providing a solution to centralize all data files securely in order for staff to access files on the network as well as receive email remotely at any given time.

Once installed, the system was implemented, tested and successfully delivered a networking solution. Five Rivers also implemented email management software and in house specialist software to ensure only required email delivered when required remotely.

Consequently the bespoke system required a dedicated 9-6 helpdesk support provision which is now fully supported by Five Rivers.
