In order to provide an effective solution for smoother processes within the administration and manufacturing processes, a detailed analysis was required to give a working platform from which to progress.

The ideal scenario would be to provide a Network Installation including hard cabling, procurement of their hardware & software and also show the benefits of a remote working solution.

Once this proposal was accepted, Fiverivers delivered the solution within the agreed service levels, implementing a secure network including configuration of SBS. The ultimate solution linked the company administration and manufacturing processes for more efficient working practices and also provided a secure remote working solution for staff to access files & emails remotely.

Fiverivers now maintain this function through providing a tailored helpdesk support system.
