Redstones Solutions is a dynamic and independently run company, operating within the rental, sales and management of properties arena.
Project Title: Network Installation & Management
Project Scope: Redstones required a fully integrated network infrastructure to provide an effective administrative function following the rapid growth of their business. This entailed the need for streamlined processes to ensure more efficient working practices.
This requirement would also then involve the need for a remote back up solution & Helpdesk Support facility.
Fiverivers Solution
With all the client requirements discussed, a business proposal was submitted for finalisation from the client.
It clarified the IT strategy plan that Fiverivers had specifically devised and also provided a cost effective solution to carry out the Network Installation.
Fiverivers’ highly qualified networking team planned, designed, implemented, tested & delivered a high security network involving the purchasing for hardware, software (including licenses) and the configuration of an SBS server. This enabled the client to concentrate on their core business whilst Fiverivers managed the whole set up to ensure minimal disruption to Redstones own client services.
As a disaster recovery measure Fiverivers also provided a remote backup solution for Redstones, requiring an automated process all of Redstones data to be backed up to an offsite server in the Fiverivers data centre.
Redstones required full network maintenance including 9-5 helpdesk support for which Fiverivers submitted a new proposal including all relevant Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). This proposal was agreed and Redstones have fully outsourced their IT department to Fiverivers.
