With some faults it is not vital that they are fixed immediately, but with others the impact on your business could be catastrophic if a solution is not found quickly.
Although a support contract is always the best way to cover for these events, we recognise in the current economic climate that all businesses are looking to save money and so we developed our one-off incident support solution to offer the best of both worlds – immediate access to our highly qualified engineers without the need for a support contract.
With this flexible approach, we can quickly ascertain the cause of the problem and if required give you an immediate quote to get it fixed.
How much does it cost?
We have made the costs for this service as simple and low as possible:
- PCs and laptops - £20 per incident (maximum 30 mins per call)
- Servers - £89 per incident (maximum 45 mins per call)
